Kheng Nam Lee, Chairman
Venture Partner, GGV Capital

Kheng Nam Lee has been a venture partner at GGV Capital since 2004. Prior to that, he was president of global venture capital firm Vertex Management for 20 years. He is a director of several private and public corporations, including Creative Technology and China Finance Online and has served as a director of several other public corporations in the technology and telecommunication sectors including Centillium Communications, Chartered Semiconductor, GRIC Communications, Gemplus International, ActivCard, and SMIC. Based in Singapore, Kheng Nam Lee assists GGV Capital in the semiconductor sector and with Chinese investments. He holds a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering (first class honors) from Queen's University in Canada and a master's of science in operations research & systems analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Scott Bonham
Co-Founder GGV Capital

Scott Bonham brings a combination of technology investing and marketing experience to the board. Scott Bonham has been investing in technology companies for the last 16 years as both a public market investor at the Capital Group and as a venture investor at GGV Capital. Prior to that Scott Bonham worked at Silicon Graphics where he led the product marketing effort for SGI's entry graphics workstation. Scott Bonham was formerly on the board of Netli (acquired by Akamai), Hurray! Solutions (NASDAQ: HRAY), P-Cube (acquired by Cisco Systems), Ageia Technologies (acquired by NVIDIA) and Zettacom (acquired by Integrated Device Technologies). Also, Scott Bonham led GGV's investments in Inside Secure, NetScaler (acquired by Citrix Systems), Sirna (acquired by Merck), Ironwood Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: IRWD) and GENBAND. Scott Bonham holds a bachelor's of science in electrical engineering from Queen's University, Canada and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Benjamin Pan
Executive Director & CEO, AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings

Benjamin Pan co-founded AAC in 1993. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership and for developing and implementing AAC's strategic objectives and business plans. He oversees the coordination between sales and marketing, research and development, manufacturing, and other functions including quality assurance, finance and human resources. Benjamin Pan has been instrumental in spearheading AAC's expansion outside the PRC. He also directs AAC's research and development strategy, and has developed a number of patents used in the design and manufacturing of AAC's polyphonic speakers, miniature receivers, transducers and electric condenser microphones. Benjamin Pan graduated from Jiangsu Province Wujin Teacher School in 1987.

Richard Mok
Executive Director & CFO, AAC Acoustic Holdings

Richard Mok has served as executive director at AAC Acoustic Holdings, a leading micro components solution provider based in Shenzhen, China, since 2009. Prior to that, he was an independent non-executive director at AAC. With over 20 years of experience in finance, Richard Mok is a Hong Kong certified public accountant and a chartered accountant in the U.K. He holds a bachelor's of science in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, London University. He also holds a diploma in applied psychology from the Hong Kong Baptist University.

Bo Ilsoe
Nokia Growth Partners

Bo Ilsoe brings more than 20 years experience to Nokia Growth Partners from venture capital, investment management, fundraising, organizational and strategic development as well as sales and marketing. Having lived and worked in the UK, Italy, France, Switzerland, Finland, Spain and Singapore he always comes with a global view to business. His career started in the technology field with telecom infrastructure vendors, among them Nokia, where he spent 12 years. Bo Ilsoe launched some of the first GSM networks in the world and negotiated numerous GSM supply contracts in Europe and South East Asia. He later joined Vertex Management, a London-based technology venture capital investor, where he managed several portfolios of companies with blue chip institutional backing. He executed many investments and participated in several successful M&A transactions totalling more than $300 million in value. Bo Ilsoe holds a master's of science in electric engineering (honors) from Aalborg University, Denmark.

Jyrki Saarinen
Co-Founder & Senior Vice-President Strategic Business Development, Heptagon

Formerly the head of the micro-optics research group at Helsinki University of Technology (today known as Aalto University School of Science and Technology), Jyrki Saarinen has been the driving force behind Heptagon's development since its' founding in 1993. Jyrki Saarinen has comprehensive know-how on the potential of micro-optics and has an extensive industry network from decades of working in and attending companies, institutes and universities in Finland, Canada, Japan, China, France, Switzerland, and the US. Jyrki Saarinen has a master's of science in engineering (honors) and a Ph.D. in technology from the Aalto University School of Science and Technology in Helsinki and is an adjunct professor in micro optics at the same institution. He also holds an MBA from Aalto University Executive Education.
